Sean headed up a major online fraud reduction project that brought about a significant decrease in financial losses relating to online credit card fraud. Working with our own internal finance department, as well as a number of external suppliers, he successfully tested and deployed an industry leading fraud prevention solution from Accertify. This solution significantly reduced the manual effort involved in reviewing potentially fraudulent transactions and the result has been a reduction in bank chargeback costs and an increase in gross profit margin.

Sean also took on the responsibility for certifying that all our financial and transactional processes were fully compliant with recently introduced PCI credit card compliance regulation. He worked effectively with all departments to map out their existing work practices and to lead them in the changes necessary to meet their regulatory requirements.
