When Oracle decided to establish the European operations of its Global
Helpdesk in Dublin, Sean was called upon to design and implement the
processeses needed to ensure a smooth launch.
In the following years, Sean refined the operational processeses and
introduced new support tools and reporting systems. The efficiencies
and cost savings achieved by this work allowed the subsequent launch of
several external helpdesks without the need for additional support
staff.
